Refunds & Returns

Within 30 Days of Original Purchase:  Wingman Gifts LLC gladly accepts returns of unused, undamaged, or defective merchandise for a full refund. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original receipt is unavailable, we will make an exchange or issue a store credit based on the current selling price.

We cannot accept returns on items that are past 30 days of the original purchase date regardless of the reason.

The customer must cover the cost of return shipping for all returns that are not the result of errors by Wingman Gifts LLC.

Please note: if the item has been taken out of the package (i.e. any seals are broken), if there is any damage to the package or the item, or if the item has been used in any way we will not be able to accept the return.

For health and sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns on hair brushes, combs, toothbrushes, shaving brushes, razors, shaving tools, manicure/pedicure tools, nail clippers even if they are not used.

Full-size fragrances are sent with a sample. Please use this sample first to make sure you want to keep the fragrance. Once you open the packaging on a fragrance sent with a sample, it cannot be returned.

Special orders are prepaid and all sales are final.

Watch Returns must contact the store for return authorization.

All products will be inspected by Wingman Gifts LLC staff prior to completion of return transaction and refund arrangements.

If the product being returned has been used or opened, please be detailed when you give the reason for the return. We will try to accommodate return requests, but we reserve the right to deny returns on opened and used products, especially those that have not been authorized in advance.

  1. Reason for the return
  2. If you would like a refund, repair, or exchange

If you threw away your receipt, don’t panic, we will do our best to find the order in our system to facilitate your return. Just also be sure to tell us these vitals:

  1. Name, Address, Phone Number
  2. Email Address
  3. When & where the purchase was made (and by whom if that’s not you)
  4. Reason for the return
  5. Tell us if you would like a refund, exchange, or repair
